1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly/Gift subscriptions)
- Refunds are not provided for subscription purchases once activated.
- Users are encouraged to explore the free content on the platform before subscribing.
- Courses (One-Time Purchase)
- Refunds are only available if:
- The course content is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our platform.
- A refund request can be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Live Classes (One-Time Purchase)
- Refunds will be provided only if:
- The class is canceled by the Artist / Mentor.
- The session experienced severe technical issues (e.g., no audio/video for the majority of the event) and a recording of the session was not provided.
