How do I subscribe?
Click on "Pricing" in the header, choose your plan (Monthly or Yearly), make payment using your credit card / debit card / netbaking.

What are the modes of Payment you accept?
If you are trying to buy a subscription from within India, we accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Major Digital Wallets & UPI via Instamojo.
If outside India we accept all major credit & debit cards via PayPal.


My credit / debit card payment did not go through. Why?
You might be trying to make the payment from outside India via Instamojo? Please select "Outside India" in the pricing page and make the payment via PayPal.

Does my subscription auto-renew?
No. RBI regulations prohibit auto-renewal. You will have to manually renew your subscription at the end of your subscription duration.

Can I download the videos / courses in the library for offline viewing?
Not currently. We may update it in the future. Follow us for updates.

How do I cancel my Subscription?
Your susbcription does not auto-renew, so it stands cancelled at the end of your subscription duration.
You can access details about your subscription under My Account > Courses Subscription.


My subscription has ended and I have not used it for a while. How do I get back?
No worries. Login to your Shaale account and renew your subscription under My Account > Courses Subscription.
Your subscription restarts from the day you successfully complete the payment to the end of your subscription duration (Monthly or Yearly).


I have logged in but I am unable to access any of the paid courses
Your subscription might have ended automatically because you did not renew. Check your subscription status under My Account > Courses Subscription.
